You must be at least 18 years old to use Beloved Again. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.
You agree to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You may only create one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in termination of all accounts.

You are solely responsible for the content you post on Beloved Again. By uploading photos or posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating the service.
You must only upload photos of yourself. Photos containing nudity, minors, or third parties without their consent are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Beloved Again offers free and paid membership tiers. Premium membership provides access to additional features including messaging, viewing all photos, and seeing who viewed your profile.
Billing: Premium subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods except within 7 days of initial purchase.
Refunds: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. To request a refund, contact hello@belovedagain.com within 7 days of purchase.

Beloved Again is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that other members' information is accurate.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beloved Again shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to personal injury, emotional distress, or loss resulting from interactions with other members.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property disputes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
